Learn to Roll - Lake Course: To be announced

Time: 

Duration: 3 hours

Location: Sunnyside Beach (meet by the Royal Burger)

What to bring: Clothing and footwear that will keep you comfortable and warm when wet (wetsuit or drysuit is best!) as well as a towel. If you require goggles, noseplugs, or any other accessories to be comfortable in the water - bring them! Lastly, don't forget your hat and sunscreen and a lunch or snacks. 

This three hour rolling course is geared towards experienced paddlers or those who have previously taken a rescue course with us or another company as self rescue is a requirement for this class. Our Learn to Roll course can be customized to cover basic to advanced rolls, depending on student requests. Please note that we only cover rolling in this course. Being able to do a wet exit and self rescue is a must before signing up for this class as you will need the full three hours to concentrate on learning the roll.

Participant/Instructor ratio is 4:1
