What is our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your canoe or kayak rental, we require that you call by closing time two working days in advance (view our store hours).

If the rental is not cancelled two days in advance you will be billed the entire price of the rental as booked.

How do I Transport a boat?

All rentals come with a car top kit to tie down the boat on the roof of your car. You do not need a roof rack to transport one boat, you just need a four door car. Cars with roof racks are sometimes capable of transporting more than one boat.

We will help you tie the boat down properly but you will be responsible for transporting your boat to the water which is just a short drive away.

Are we on the water?

No but you may transport the rental anywhere you choose. We are about a five minute drive to Lake Ontario.

What do I need to bring?

We need to see photo I.D. and a drivers licence when you sign our wavier at the time of pick up.

You will need to bring appropriate clothing as we only supply safety gear with the rental.

Where can I take the boat paddling?
