The Side Anchor is designed to anchor 2" thigh straps or 1" Contoured Thigh Straps to sides of tripping boats equipped with seats or thwarts. By not attaching straps directly to the seats or thwarts, the possibility of them being torn loose by the stress of an impact is eliminated.
